s h i p p i n g:

All orders will take 4-7 days to process and ship. I am a homeschooling mama and do all of this myself and try my best to get things shipped as soon as possible, but as I am such a small business, I work a bit slower. Every item is handmade by me, but each package is also hand wrapped and checked over by me too!

The address entered at purchase will be the address the item is shipped to, no exceptions. Address changes after purchases add so much more time to the process.

Larger dolls ship in cardboard boxes, wrapped in recycled kraft tissue paper. Smaller dolls, prints, and cards ship in size appropriate envelopes (either padded or hard cardboard) also made from recycled materials.

Items shipped within the USA will receive a tracking number upon shipment. This should send to you directly as soon as I purchase the shipping label. If you do not receive this, feel free to email me at danceypantsdisco@gmail.com. International orders will receive a customs number which can be used to track within the USA, but tracking stops updating once it leaves the country. International packages can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. You are responsible for any customs fees upon your items arrival and unfortunately I cannot change the items value on the customs form to offer a lower customs fee. If the package goes missing and I am untruthful about its value I cannot claim insurance to help refund you.

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don’t consider a package ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not be able to solve this problem completely until then. I will try my best to work with you on a refund or replacement, but this is on a case-by-case basis due to the uniquness of most of my items.

r e f u n d s a n d c a n c e l l a t i o n s :

Dolls are a high demand product and because of this we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after 24 hours. No exceptions. Feel free to join the Dancey Pants Disco Friends facebook page to sell or trade your doll.

Non-doll items have a 48 hour time frame to cancel. After this time, your products have already been prepared for shipment and a cancellation is not possible. We do not accept returns as we are a very small business. However, we want you to be happy so please contact us if anything comes up. You can email us at danceypantsdisco@gmail.com or through the contact form in the sidebar of this site.

If your item arrives with damage or if there is an issue with the quality, I will absolutely work with you to resolve this. Please notify me within five days after your item’s arrival if there is something wrong.

Please double check that all of your shipping information is correct. This cannot be changed after it’s dropped at the post office and it is out of our hands after shipment. If item is returned to me because of non-delivery due to incorrect address, I will contact you about reshipment including payment options for the second shipping charge.

v a r i a t i o n s a n d c u s t o m i z a t i o n :

Dolls are all handmade and each one is completely unique. Many fabrics I use are recycled and/or plant dyed organic cotton and linen. Small imperfections are normal in handmade items and this is what makes handmade things so unique. These “imperfections” are what makes handmade goods so wonderful. giving them so much more personality than what you will find in a big box store.

After a doll’s completion, I cannot customize it further. I cannot add embroidery or change the outfit. I try to have clothing drops a few times a year.
